Terms and Conditions for
MAH Cash Voucher Partner Registration

1. Eligibility

Only MAH member hotels and exhibiting companies at MAH Tourism Fairs and other events organized by MAH are eligible to register as partners in the MAH Cash Voucher program.
The registration is open to both physical and digital voucher acceptance.

2. Registration:

Partners must complete the official registration form provided by MAH.
All required information must be accurately provided and kept up to date.

3. Cash Voucher Issuance and Redemption:

Upon entry to MAH Tourism Fairs and other MAH-organized events, attendees will be provided with a RM 50 cash voucher.
Attendees can redeem this voucher with any participating exhibitor.
After the initial voucher is redeemed, attendees can visit the redemption booth to receive another RM 50 voucher, subject to a limit of 2 vouchers per day.
Vouchers will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis each day of the event.
The validity of the voucher is subject to the partners terms and conditions
The terms and conditions for voucher usage are determined by the participating partner's product or service policies. This should be clearly communicated to the attendees at the point of redemption.

4. Cash Voucher Acceptance:

Participating partners agree to accept MAH Celebrating 50th Anniversary cash vouchers valued at RM 50. Vouchers must be redeemed in full during a single transaction. No change will be provided for any unused amount.

5. Cash Voucher Activation:

Vouchers need to be activated by scanning the QR code on the vouchers. This can be done either by the attendee or the partner prior to the usage.

6. Cash Voucher Format:

Only physical format vouchers with unique serial numbers will be accepted.

7. Validity:

Cash Vouchers are valid on 6 & 7 July 2024 for In-booth sales only.

8. Promotional Activities:

Partners are encouraged to participate in promotional activities organized by MAH to increase visibility and voucher usage. MAH will provide promotional materials and guidelines for consistent branding.

9. Compliance and Conduct:

Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the acceptance and redemption of vouchers. Any form of fraud or misuse of vouchers will result in immediate termination of participation and potential legal action.

10. Amendments:

MAH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes in advance.

11. Liability:

MAH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation in the voucher program, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. By registering as a partner, you agree to these terms and conditions.
